So since the Aceupdater is dead, and Curse's client is... well, iffy, something NEW has emerged. check this out. it's still in beta, but seems to be sooo much better.

Curse is good now :-)

And if you are dev you get premo version free.

It is WoWinterface's client. It supports more games than curse.
But, it does not see curse mods, so a lot of stuff will not be on there. (like dgks)

I dont know if its as good as the others, I havent really compared them closely, just read about them. But I use WoW Matrix.

Its clean and easy to use and I just load it each day before I log into WoW.

I've only heard negative things about WoW Matrix. Not because of it's utility, but because of it's security. Doesn't sound like you've had many problems with it though.

WoW Matrix is stealing ad revenue from other mod sites.

Yea they were in a big legal thing with Curse, but they updated their ui to tell you who created each mod, and you have a pop up box that tells you you can donate to each individual mod creator.
As to Security, I don't know, I haven't had a problem with it that way thus far.
But like I said I have not actually tried the Curse/Wow Interface ones.
